Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we are not set up to accept insurance plans. We anticipate accepting insurance in about three months. Meanwhile, we provide superbills and offer a sliding scale option for those without coverage.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. We accept various payment methods and can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you have membership options?
Membership plans are coming soon! We’re excited to introduce a flexible membership model for ongoing psychiatric care in the near future.
Do you provide a sliding-scale fee?
Yes, we have a sliding-scale option for those facing financial hardship or without insurance. Contact our office to see if you qualify.
What if I need urgent help?
We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you need immediate help, call 911 or dial 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Fees, Policies & Procedures
Payment & Confirmation
Payment is required when scheduling your appointment. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA cards, and other major forms of payment. Please note that appointments will not be confirmed until full payment (or deposit) is received.
Superbills & Reimbursement
While we cannot bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Sliding Scale
We offer a sliding-scale fee for individuals with financial constraints or no insurance coverage. Proof of income or other documentation may be required. Contact us to see if you qualify.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee up to the full session cost.
