Meet Nelky

Virtual Medical Office Assistant

Nelky brings more than 10 years of healthcare experience to Gravity Psychiatry & Wellness. She has supported patients and providers across multiple specialties, with a background in scheduling, billing, insurance, referrals, and coordinating patient requests. In her virtual role at Gravity, she helps patients with appointments and administrative questions and ensures that messages and concerns reach the right person.

Nelky understands that reaching out for mental health care can take courage. She approaches each interaction with patience, kindness, and respect, recognizing that a person’s circumstances are not always apparent in a phone call or message. Whether someone is contacting Gravity for the first time or needs assistance between visits, she wants them to feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and clear about their next steps. She also enjoys learning new technology and finding practical ways to make the administrative side of care easier for patients and providers.

Outside of work, Nelky enjoys exploring new places and spending time outdoors with her young daughter. A freediver with a love of the ocean and adventure, she enjoys discovering new dive spots and is gradually introducing her daughter to the places she loves most, especially the sea.
