First-time portal access

  1. Open the invitation email sent by Gravity Psychiatry & Wellness.
  2. Follow the invitation link to activate your account and create your password.
  3. Use the same login on the web portal or mobile app.

Do not see the invitation? Check spam or junk, then call the office. Patients cannot create a Gravity portal account without an invitation from the practice.

The Gravity-branded iPhone app is not yet publicly available. Apple users may use Charm mPHR or the web portal.
